Here are a few sample eating plans (updates are frequent). Feel free to copy it, tweak it, and use it as your own. The guess work is taken out of having to create your own meals. Just follow these eating plans. You might see a meal/snack selection that will work for you. Keep in mind that your specific caloric needs are based on your age,height and most importantly, your activity level. So, you may need to alter a serving of veggies, or a protein for breakfast/lunch/dinner or a snack to meet your specific needs.
